Luke is an Associate in the San Francisco office. He focuses on sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, executing transactions, and supporting portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Sverica, he was an Investment Banking Associate at GLC Advisors in Denver. While at GLC, he was responsible for lower middle-market M&A advisory assignments with a focus on Technology companies.

Luke earned a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder.
