Matt is a Principal in the Austin office. He focuses on sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, transaction execution, and portfolio company support.

Prior to joining Sverica, Matt worked at Marlin Equity Partners and, prior thereto, at Vista Equity Partners, where he specialized in software and technology enabled services businesses. In these roles he worked on domestic and international buyouts, growth investments, and corporate divestures, and was actively involved in portfolio company strategy, operations, and add-on acquisitions. Matt began his career at Lehman Brothers in the Technology Investment Banking Group in Menlo Park.   

Matt earned his B.S. in Finance from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
