Michael is an Associate in the San Francisco office. He focuses on sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, executing transactions, and supporting portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Sverica, Michael was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology Group at Evercore in Menlo Park. While at Evercore, he focused on M&A advisory for buy- and sell-side clients and participated in debt and equity capital markets transactions.

Michael earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from Harvard College.
