Nick is an Associate in the San Francisco office. He focuses on sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, executing transactions, and supporting portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Sverica, he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology, Media, and Telecom Group at Truist in Atlanta. While at Truist, he was responsible for buy- and sell-side M&A advisory assignments, as well as capital raising transactions in both the debt and equity markets.

Nick graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Harvard College.
